These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) govern the purchase of any package or any form of service from Voth and Co Experiences. These Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Voth and Co Experiences. By purchasing a package or any form of service through the website, by telephone or in person, you are agreeing to these Conditions.
Rates Displayed:
Voth and Co Experiences invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Rates are subject to change without notice.
Guarantee & Pre-authorization:
A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation with Voth and Co Experiences. You will be required to pay the full invoice upfront to confirm your package or service.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be requested by phone or email at info@vothandcoexperiences.com. Please keep in mind that reservations remain fully refundable to the original method of payment if cancelled before 72 hours of the reservation date. Cancellations made less than 48hours may receive a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund at all.
Force Majeure:
Voth and Co Experiences will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Conditions or otherwise, which arise out of or is due to unforeseeable events. By way of example and not of limitation, all events of war, terrorist actions, interventions and prohibitions of official authorities, delays, inclement weather, lack of energy, financial crisis, labour conflicts, epidemics and pandemics.
Liability Limitation:
Voth and Co Experiences is not responsible for any loss, damage, accident (medical or motor), illness and others.
Confidentiality:
Voth and Co Experiences is concerned about the privacy of its guests and undertakes to respect it. This policy has been formulated to inform all customers of Voth and Co Experiences of its firm commitment to this effect. No personal information is collected or disclosed.
Refusal of Service
Voth and Co Experiences reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whom it considers is acting against its code of ethics, values, or behavioural etiquette. Interactions with Voth and Co Experiences, including social media platforms/sites, must be carried out in a respectful, harmonious, and courteous manner. Insulting, threatening, or harassing behavior is prohibited. Voth and Co Experiences maintains a zero tolerance policy with respect to defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or discourteous statements or any other violent act.
Modification of Conditions
Voth and Co Experiences reserves the right to modify these Conditions and its cancellation policy at any time. The last revision of these Conditions is displayed at the bottom of this page.
